Professional Cleaners

wELL I don't know about other review but there was no 'brian' or 'joanne' just an unintelligible asian woman when I called! she couldn't answer questions or identify where they actually were and gave a dim/sad view of how long their fluff and fold would take! No thanks!

I don't know where to start my list of accolades and praise for Professional Dry Cleaners!  First and foremost, owners Brian and Joanne Park have to be the absolutely friendliest people I have ever met.  I have to admit I look forward to days I have to go to the cleaners so I can say hello to Joanne and Brian.  Joanne always has a big, warm and inviting smile and always greets everyone with genuine enthusiasm.  Brian is a retired US Army Veteran, so I couldn't think of a better reason to bring my business to Professional as a small thanks for Brian's service.  Brain and Joanne really care about their customers and they carry this care forward to the service they provide. 



Speaking of service, I have gone to Professional for over five years and I wouldn't think of going anywhere else.  All my clothes come back perfect every time.  They replace buttons I didn't even know were missing.  They make repairs I didn't even know were needed.  I travel for business almost every day of the week and sometimes I need rush service.  This is never a problem for Professional and without fail, my clothes are always ready when promised.  At my request, Professional even puts each piece of my clothing in individual plastic bags which makes packing so much easier for me.



In addition to dry cleaning, I regularly use Professional for alterations, repairs and shoe repairs (new soles and heels).  I enthusiastically recommend Professional Dry Cleaners.
