Care For Women

For starters- I just moved to the area and really had no clue where to go. This place seemed conveniently located near my home so I went in to schedule an appointment. The lady at the front desk here was the rudest lady I have probably ever encountered. She wouldn't even look up from what she was doing to acknowledge my presence for several minutes. She wasn't on the phone either. She was just looking at a piece of paper. Then she acted annoyed that I was even there and just handed me a card and told me to call the number on it. Furthermore, I asked if there was anyone I could just ask a quick question to and she said " no." You are not a patient here. I brushed all that off to call the number she gave me and still tried to schedule an appointment. They couldn't get a new patient in until April! That's 2 months from now and I already mentioned I was concerned about something and just needed to ask a simple question. Just so rude! Horrible customer service and show no signs of compassion at all.
