        I had been looking into replacing my roof for a couple of years, but after noticing a leak come into my home a couple of months ago, decided to really start shopping around. I contacted three different local companies to ask for a quote. Prime Exteriors was the first to respond and I was able to meet with someone the very next day. He gave what seemed like a very honest assessment. I could repair the leak and most likely get another 1-2 years out of the roof, but I would take the risk of causing more damage and spending more money in the long run. I decided to move forward with replacement. He had a board of the different types of shingles and colors and all information I needed readily available to make an informed and quick decision . Their replacement cost was extremely fair and slightly lower than the other two quotes I received. They even had a service crew come out and tarp the leak area to ensure no further damage would be caused until the new roof could be installed. It seemed like they really cared about my situation and my home. I have already recommended them to several friends and family, and have no question of who to call in the future for any additional problems I have with home.
