I never write reviews about any business regardless of the lack of service or professionalism I received when doing business. Uncle Bob's Storage / U-Haul in Madison, AL takes the trophy as the WORST PLACE TO RENT ANYTHING! My experience was exactly like the previous customers that wrote a review. They lied about the contract, very rude, acted as if my money didn't matter and they didn't have time for me, and extremely unprofessional. For every review written, I am sure 50 people experienced this horrible business. U-Haul is a great place to rent, just avoid doing it at UNCLE BOB's. They also articulated that it was a problem to come outside and attach the car carrier that I rented! Unbelievable, the nerve of people that are in business for themselves. Surely, if enough complaints come in, U-HAUL will have to protect their name and will do us all a favor by canceling their agreement or take their contract away from them. Whatever you do, STAY AWAY!!! If you don't think my review is accurate, check the reviews on Google.com
