Are you looking for a rental house? We were, too, for the first time in over twenty years. We're new to the area--'way new from far away! Matt Middel's assistance to us in relocating from the upper Midwest was the key in our making Fort Collins our new home. It was all-Internet and phone for a few weeks from a thousand miles away and then finally in-person during our house-hunting expedition, with prompt, courteous service from the entire Middel Realty staff. Of the six houses we looked at, it was difficult to determine which one was “ours” because they were all sparkling clean, with well-kept attractive front and back yards, spotless garages and basements. Our decision was easy—definitely a Middle-owned house, now our new home. (Yes, we had other realtors and agents too—they didn't show up, were late, didn't pay attention to our “must-have list” and rescheduled at their convenience.) And now that we're Middel tenants, we continue to be pleased with the prompt, courteous service about anything related to the house both inside and outside, and helpful tips about everything from library and school, church and farmer's markets, to trash collection and neighborhood and city activities.
