During some recent renovation work, I needed some assistance updating the wiring of outlets and each of the thermostats located throughout my home. After doing some research online, I called in Gagnon's Electrical to help with the project. I couldn't be happier with the results. Bill Gagnon and Team arrived on time, and diagnosed the issues immediately. Throughout the repair work, Bill took the time to walk me through each of the issues and the underlying steps needed to remedy the situation. I have never used them before and I had an after hours emergency....they came right out and fixed the problem so quickly! The charge was VERY reasonable for an after hours call. Bill was courteous and friendly and had our power back on in no time- thank you!!

I have used Bill's services for more than ten years, for both business and home electrical needs. I'm often wary of service providers, but never once has Bill ever given me reason to feel anything but 100% satisfied. He shows up when he says he will, and has always been completely honest and reasonably priced. I called him late last night about a sudden problem I had with my pool pump, and he was here by early afternoon. It turned out to be a water leak that was shorting out my pump. He made a temporary fix so I could later resolve the plumbing problem and charged me an insanely good price for the service call. His consistent quality of service over the years has allowed me to feel something I rarely feel when calling someone in to provide service--TRUST! I recommend him without reservation to anyone I talk to who needs an electrician.

I had an problem with a circuit breaker resetting right - Bill Gagnon talked me through an easy process to reset - it worked on the second try - saved me time and money. He was helpful, friendly, patient and answered all my questions clearly. He earned the highest rating.

When I decided to install a backup generator system for my home I called Bill Gagnon of Gagnons Electrical Services. I had a great experience two years ago when I asked him replace my electrical panel. So it was no surprise to find out that because he installed a top quality panel that we were able to use an interlock switch to power the entire electrical panel from the generator. This saved us time and money and also allowed more versatility as to what circuits I wanted to power in the case of a power outage. As with my last experience with Bill Gagnon, Gagnon Electrical Services was responsive, honest and an excellent value for my money. He also supplied and delivered a proper generator that will take care of my home and my family in an emergency. Once again Bill Gagnon is MY preferred electrician for all my electrical needs. Brian
