Pacific Sign & Stamp

I went in to buy some ink and the kid working there said I would have to come back when a manager was there.
Called them and got no answer. Looked on internet for another number and that one was disconnected.

I ordered a pens tamp from them worth 65 dollars on 5/9/13..5/22/13 called to see status of my order their first response person responsible for online orders is not available, to call next week..I called again on 5/28/13 after the fourth time calling finally got answer as to why I have not receive my order..they've known the reason why for a while according to "Angela" yet know one had the common courtesy to inform me..what was the reason they don't have black ink in stock?????seriously??? I've ask for a refund & as of now my credit card has not been credited...

This company does not deserve any stars! I should have immediately seen the red flag when I walked into this store and the place looked like crap! I should have immediately seen the red flag when the clerk seemed disinterested in what I was willing to PAY them to print. I should have immediately seen the red flag when I wasn't given any receipt or work order that reflects what I wanted on my business cards. I should have seen the red flag when I and my husband walked out of this store and felt "something doesn't feel right" about how they took our business card order and they asked for no deposit, offered no date when they would contact us or if they were able to do the job in a timely manner. I should have seen the red flag when I had to do all the calling only to be told 6 days later that they needed a deposit in orde to start the work. Pacific Sign and Stamp should be called PATHETIC SIGN & STAMP. Unprofessional, unreliable and unworthy of my money. By the way...I went to Staples on PCH today, at approximately 4pm and received an acknowledgement of my order, the name of the technician and a timeframe our business cards will be ready, at 5:30 p.m. TODAY! THE SAME DAY I PLACED THE ORDER. I will NEVER recommend Pacific Sign & Stamp and will make it a point to tell others in my "Women in Business" group about Pacific Sign & Stamp's lousy service. It is also a good "case study" of how NOT to treat potential customers. I guess our current economic state of affairs hasn't hit Pacific Sign & Stamp the way it has impacted other small businesses. They must be printing their own currency if they are willing to treat a potential new customer like a bother. I guess the saying "Never judge a book by it's cover" doesn't apply to Pacific Sign & Stamp; a dirty and disorganized front office and an unfocused clerk should have told me I was dealing with such a ill managed printing store.
