Commons At Pilot Butte

this place sounded nice when we moved in but then this new lady took over management and now the commons at pilot butte are just rediculous. now the rent is going to be 950 for a two bedroom two bathroom (pretty expensive). there is no smoking cigarrettes on property which is a nice thing for the non smokers and you are not allowed to drink alcohol outside of your apartment which is probably good but theres a thing with that rule. if you like to have a couple beers and smoke a couple cigarettes the only place to do that is out at the sidewalk where they force everyone that smokes to smoke there. we cant smoke on property or drink on property, so we go outfront to do that and going out to the sidewalk has caused a problem. the lady that took over the management office claims that residents in the apartments have been complaining about people smoking and drinking outfront. WHERE ELSE ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO IT!!! and now the lady is sending out notices of violation for drinking outside the apartment when i dont drink on property so how is that even right. its just not. and the lady doesnt live here in the apartments, so why does she even care? its not like people are falling down out there or getting into fights, its just a group of people that get together later in the evening ususally, just having fun with eachother and its not a bunch of teenagers messing around, we are all over the age of twenty one and consenting adults. i will be moving out pretty soon just saying. we try to follow the rules and we dont smoke on property or drink on property and yet we still get threatened with eviction. its really just disrespectful and honestly it just goes to show how conceded that lady is how much she really just doesnt know what she is talking about at all. on the other hand, adam, micheal and every other employee at the commons is very nice. so its up to you on living here. im just saying that if you like to have a couple beers and smokes with your friends, then living here just isnt for you. seems like the lady wants everyone to just stay in their apartments and nobody is allowed to be neighborly i guess. cindy is her name by the way. it seems like she is trigger happy to evict people. in the second month i was here there were at least 8 evictions in one month. how rediculous is that? i will say that living here seemed nice when we got here but no longer
