Roy is a very knowledgeable and patient computer geek. He was able to get both printers working correctly on this computer after I switched services. The HP gave him a lot of trouble, but he was able to accomplish this. Although it was done in two different time slots, he has always been able to fix whatever the problem is. Great employee!

All i say is wow. RESCUECOM Anthony is stellar in my book. I have been in IT for 40 yrs and now in Identify Management develop so having my laptop really hurt. But RESCUECOM and Anthony came through and was in contact with ASUS and got my laptop it repaired. I would recommend RESCUECOM to anybody needing desktop or laptop repairs.

I was looking for months a company and last night I needed someone tohelp me with my computer not booting up and I found Rescuecom . After some troubleshooting we found out the Hard Drive on the computer was bad and causing all my headaches , etc. So I followed the advise of one of the Technicians at Rescuecom.
