Diamond Reserve

I went to Mark Hadley to see about designing a ring for my fiancee in 2012. None of the other jewelers in the area had the look that I was going for and I hoped he could design something different. I called Mark to set up an appointment and he assured me that he could design something that we would fall in love with. I showed up at his office/showroom and was amazed at the jewelry on display. It looked like nothing that you see in the larger stores. I had also never been in a private showroom before so it was a bit different but a pleasant experience to be able to look through everything without worrying about other customers. Mark took me into an office where we sat down and he told me about himself and about what he does. He then wanted to know everything about my fiancee so that he could get an idea on what would be the perfect design for her. Once he had an idea about what style ring to design, he brought out an assortment of diamonds to choose from for the setting. I really wanted a natural colored diamond as opposed to a standard one and I was thrilled that he had a large selection of them in all shapes and sizes. We found a beautiful yellow diamond that was perfect for the setting. Once we had everything sorted out, I placed a deposit on the design and let him get to work. It took him less than 2 weeks to get back to me with the finished ring and I was absolutely blown away and the quality and detail when I saw it for the first time. It was everything I had hoped it could be and I honestly don't think anyone else could have made it better. When I proposed, before my fiancee could give me an answer, all she could do was look at the ring and say "WOW"! She has now had the ring for a little over two years and she still looks at it every day and she gets compliments from everyone. Overall, I had an amazing experience with Mark and although I have since moved away from Denver, I will be making a trip out there any time I need another piece of jewelry. He has made a life-long customer.

I was in the search of a nice bracelet for my mother. She was turning 60 and I wanted to buy something for her birthday that was special. I knew she liked jewelry, especially bracelets. I started to search for a jewelry set as a gift for my sister`s birthday. As she was celebrating her 25th birthday I wanted to buy her something special. I knew she liked jewelry and also her favorite color is blue, so I was looking for a pair of earrings, a bracelet and a pendant made of silver and with blue diamonds. I found a few products but they were not exactly what I had in mind. Some stores had the stones in a light blue; others had only earrings and a pendant in the set or just the bracelet. So I decided that the only way to buy the jewelry set I was thinking of was to have it custom made.

I was totally scared to purchase an engagement ring. I had never even looked at rings before, and I felt like I had no idea what I was doing. I was completely amazed at what I was able to afford at The Diamond Reserve, Mark and the staff there were amazing throughout the whole process. And even more importantly, my girlfriend said yes to me and was thrilled with the ring. I have told several buddies about this place and all of us have had the same great experience. I really appreciated everything they did for me and I can’t emphasize enough how excited my fiancé was about her ring.

I am now officially engaged! On my birthday, my boyfriend took me on an amazing helicopter ride across the city of Denver. The really amazing part of the ride though was that he proposed to me with a gorgeous engagement ring! The ring is so amazing but unfortunately he didn’t know my size before proposing so we had to return to the place where he bought it. The Diamond Reserve graciously sized my ring quickly and beautifully.



My fiancé raved about the hospitality and the amazing service that everyone at The Diamond Reserve offered including Mark. They created a custom ring that was exactly what I had been dreaming of. Combining several of the ideas I had told my boyfriend I liked, Mark and his crew created a one of a kind ring that none of my friends have or can even come close to. While we were waiting, we decided to look at wedding bands as well. We were unable to find a wedding band that fit perfectly with my ring since it was custom made, so Mark offered to custom make my wedding band as well.



This is truly an amazing place because my fiancé spent a lot of time looking around at other jewelry stores and ultimately was referred to Mark by a friend. Here he discovered that Mark offers great prices and deals on diamonds and rings. The diamond is extremely beautiful and great quality. I don’t think my fiancé could have afforded something so beautiful if he had gone somewhere else. We are so grateful for The Diamond Reserve and all they were able to do for us. Now I can’t wait to pick up my wedding band!

Every day when I look at my engagement ring, I am in awe of the work they did.

It was great not only that I could choose a beautiful ring that my wife loves, but also one that I love. I get compliments on it from the men at work and several people I see in the street everyday. I now wish I had known about this place before I bought the engagement ring of my wife. They have a beautiful selection and their prices are better than anyone in the area.
