Express Care

The male guy that works there is one lazy person I have a mud guard that covers my oil pump cartridge and he bends the plate which are expensive I'd looked at him he says I'm not doing your oil change here again do not bring your truck here got into my truck slam the door and drove out of there like a bat out of hell no apologies no thank you know nothing I will never take my vehicle there ever again so did you get rid of this person that knows how to take off maybe 8 bolts to my mud guard. Well I just called to try to figure out who to talk to you about the my mud plate being bent and now there's a screw missing off of it the guys are the lazy one answers the phone he said he has no phone number to give me that you'll pass my message on to some guy I don't know that work someplace else and he can't talk to him and I can't talk to him so go figure I don't trust that place now I'm screwed probably going to have to buy bolts to make my plate back to normal I should be

i took my '01 S80 here on a saturday, and by monday oil was just leaking everywhere! i had to put 5 quarts in it just to get home. i definatly would not take foreign cars anywhere but the dealership this is just a huge mess.
