Don't do it. I'd tell everyone the same. It's not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. I had a condo inspected by this company. It was done poorly and the report was flimsy; it overlooked structural and mechanical problems eventhou the issues were pointed out to the inspector by a person who I trusted to be there.

"We don't check appliances" regarding a broken dishwasher claimed to be working. I'm glad I checked it out once I was told that.. No mention of the leak in the B/R and the soft spots under the floor. Then again the inspector wrote the water heater was gas-powered, it's electric. I attempted to discuss those and other important issues with the company's manager. He ignored my concerns, sided with the inspector. I attempted to have the office staff pass on my concerns to the company's owner and was told it can go no further than the manager. Money wasted but more importantly I could have gone into the purchase ill=prepared with that report.

Thank you for saving the day! I run a home daycare and discoved a humongous hornets nest close to the swingset in the yard. I called G&B and they came out within a few hours and got rid of those pests! Thanks again :)
