Home warranty sent them to my home they did a fab job not one complaint will use again for all future plumbing emergencies.

Just Plumbing has done several major plumbing repairs for our home, built in 1938, near downtown. Needless to say, it can be hard to get around existing plumbing problems in a house that is 80 years old. Each time they manage to do a GREAT job. This time they replaced a Hot Water heater that had been configured in such a way that made it difficult. The manager of the job, Bob, got it done quickly and cost effectively. His assistant, Jeff, was polite and hardworking. Both of them were just plain nice. Couldn't recommend them more.

Repeatedly has given my wife and I high quality plumbing repair service at prices that we can afford.

Replaced our old bathtub with a new clawfoot tub. It look really good and works like a dream come true. They got the tub in and up two flights of stairs without a nick or scratch on it.

Great job from start to finish. Just plumbing services fixed my faucet and it doesn't drip any more, I highly recommend them.

They arrived fast, I didn’t have any out of pocket cost because my home warranty company took care of all of that. They did everything and then some to find the rusted leaking pipe that was leaking in the wall. The found the pipe, replaced it, and now no more leaks.

Home warranty company sent Just Plumbing Services out to my home to fix my hot water heater, it was not producing any hot water, not a drop. The plumber came out and took a look at the unit and said it needed a new valve. The plumber replaced the valve in under an hour and all is well now. Hot water flows all day and I did not have any out of pocket cost which is great.

They collect $60 for the the Home Warranty Corporation, and then never fix the issue. Or they claim secondary issue. Or they fix and unrelated issue out of warranty. This has happened twice.



They become rude once you start questioning their diagnosis. Of course, I hired someone out of my warranty network and they stated Just Plumbing is one of the worst at not fixing issues and collecting a check. They have mastered it. They have a F BBB Rating.

My home warrenty company sent Just Plumbing Services to my home. Before they came I checked out there reviews on this site and became a little concerned. We had a water leak in our kitchen above our counter top in the ceiling or wall someplace. We had to shut off the water to the entire house on a Friday night to prevent a lot of water damage. When I explained that to them on Saturday morning the scheduling person, Lynn, was able to get someone there early that same day. When Rich arrived on time, I told him of the situation. He was very knowledgable in home construction and found the leak in the worst possible place under the duct for heating and cooling. Rich was able to fix it with minimal damage to our wall and ceiling and by not having to take down our kitchen cabinets as recommended by our home warrenty company. I would recomend JPS to anyone I know who needed a job done fast and right by professional and friendly people. Thank you Rich and Lynn.

I was appalled at how I was treated by Just Plumbing Services Inc. they came out to repair a leaky valve in the bathtub which they did. They turned the main water off in the front of the house and after repairing the leaky valve they turned the main water back on all of this took just a few minutes. After they left I went out to my car that is when I noticed that the main valve was now leaking. (it wasn't before they came) I called Daniel the technician on his cell phone within minutes after he left my house. He said it wasn't leaking when he left and he said that I am sorry that is just an unfortunate coincidence and that he could not return without a work order. After calling the warranty company and explaining this to them they said that they would contact Just Plumbing Services Inc. and would have them come out to repair it and that there would not be a charge. After waiting most of the following day I decided to call Just Plumbing Services Inc. They told me to call my warranty company because they were supposed to call me to let me know that they would not be coming. The water continues leaking in front of my house. The warranty company should really look close at Just Plumbing Services Inc. because it is a direct reflection on them.

I called JP based on a neighbor's referral. I'm glad I called them before reading these reviews! They were professional and polite, and gave a fair price on fixing my water heater. I am a little surprised at other's poor experiences. I WOULD recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

I would rate this company no stars but you have to enter at least one. Incredibly terrible customer service. This company has left our tenant hanging without hot water since Dec 28th. They were assigned by First American Home warranty service. They were late for appointments, lacked any communication skills, and when they finally showed up to install the new hot water heater, the tech tried to extort $270 from out tenant for "modifications." The water heater has been replaced before--no modifications were needed. Not to mention, at no previous time, did the company mention any additional charges. When he was told we wouldn't pay the additional charges, the tech took the new water heater and left the tenant with the old water heater partially connected. Either the tech knew nothing about plumbing, or he rigged the water heater to intentionally flood the garage. He only connected part of it, and never told the tenant that if they ran water in the house, it would go into the water heater. So, our tenants woke up this morning with not only no hot water, but the garage the flooded. We had a different plumber at our primary residence today who said anyone who knows anything about plumbing would never leave a water heater that way. Steer way clear of this company!
