Worst builder!! Beware!! This builder takes shortcuts on the homes he builds and our home has extensive mold growth in the building structures! This construction company leaves huge pine trees trees too close to homes when they start a new development! We have huge pine trees that have ruined our driveway, not to mention the trees being less than 10 feet from our home which could be a hazard when the weather is bad.
Here is the list of problems you will most likely get when using this builder:
Structural mold growth
Misplaced window flashing
Moisture accumulation
Ceilings that aren't tightly sealed
Compressed insulation in outside wall corners resulting in mold growth
Installs the air supply and return registers near water
No ventilation fans installed in bathrooms(mold growth)

This company needs to go back to the drawing board, take their blue prints, trash them and close up shop. It would save a lot of people thousands of dollars in the future!
