Expertise is lacking Doctor Epstein. Slow process. No attention he pays to Patients. Too busy ignoring patient & seems to have difficulty reading the computer charts. No Compassion for the patient, fails to listen and respond to patients. Doesn't check the patient complaints by checking the person hardly at all. Reads the computer. Dr not interacting with the patient. He didn't even listen to my lungs while i was very congested. Failed to write a prescription for my inhaler. Spoke of my high cholesterol said he would give me a prescription to start. Nothing was given for that. Explanations none, Doesn't seem to care at all about any severe pain issues. I would say this shows a lack of professionalism. As if he doesn't really care just following his daily routine/ protocol. I think for "any" real issue he would refer you elsewhere. To an expert. No compassion & people skills are not very good. As you wait. Feel like you may be bothering him to ask anything or say much.
