Gracie's Floral Creations

Oh this shop ripped me off good! Called the shop spoke to who I am assuming is the owner to ask if they can fill up my balloons that I had purchased at another store for a birthday party. Said she can and gave me the price per ballon. I went to the shop got the balloons all filled up. When it was time to pay she charged me double the price!!! I asked why because that was not what she quoted me over the phone. She said because I didn't bring my own ribbon for the balloons!!! WHAT!!!!! So the price to have balloons filled didn't include the ribbon??!!! I told her She never mentioned that to me on the phone nor before filling up my balloons and she just smiled at me. She knew what she was doing. I was scammed!! I ended up paying 40 dollars to have balloons filled with helium. And 20 of those dollars was for cheap ribbon!!! I was so upset. I had ribbon sitting at home on my table I could have easily brought it if that was the case. I will never ever go to that shop for anything. Ripping off a potential future customer isn't the way to build your business.

I called less than 48 hours before my grandmothers funeral to order a massive arrangement (spray/ standing bouquet) Not only was the arrangement there over an hour before the service but it was everything I'd hoped it to be. I was so worried no one would be able to accommodate me with such short notice and with my picky nature, but this place did and I could not be more grateful. Thank you Gracie, from the bottom of mine and my family's hearts.

When my Dad died a few months ago she helped me pick out the most beautiful flowers and made a lovely display with a banner to a loving father and husband. It was a terrible time of grief for me and mother was not able to go with me. So as an only child I was alone and Gracie did a wonderful job and was so nice to me. Since then I have gotten a couple of small vases of flowers and they are always top quality.
