Dr.Rylie is that rare mix of kind and clever...Wouldn't trade her for the world. We have considered moving to another city...She is on the list of reasons not to move!!

Dr.Berry is awesome with my daughter, We have been with her for several years. The front office staff is amazing and very polite.

We see Dr. Rylie regularly for our infant son, she is fantastic. She explains everything in way we can understand, she doesn't make you feel silly when asking "first time mom" questions or when you're worried about a cold. Dr. Maun is just as amazing. We've seen her on 2 sick visits and she is so kind and very informative.
The office staff is kind and cheery every time we go and that is a hard thing to find! The nurses are gentle and kind too.
We love this practice.

We have been going to Dr Berry for almost 5 years now. There have been a few different things that I wasn't too fond of but now this last thing has thrown be over the edge and I am done! They use codes when they do certain things and the thing that she did should have cost maybe $80, she did something I could have done myself but instead the code she used is making us pay over $300!!! I called to try and talk to them about it and they would notwork with me at all wouldn't even have a conversation about it. They can pretty much put whatever code they think is close to what they did and change for it. So they are making over $300 for pushing some skin down so furious!



I am so done and we will be changing Pediatricians immediately!

FIND A NEW DOCTOR - The staff is INCREDIBLY RUDE! They kept getting my daughters birthdays wrong, blamed it on me, then would not see them until i brought their actual birth certificates - crazy! Worse than that is that there ARE NO DOCTORS ON CALL ON THE WEEKENDS, EVER! So if you child is sick on the weekend or holiday, good luck! You have to go to one of those clinics where they don't know you or your child. Really, save yourself the grief and find a good doctor, with helpful courteous staff, that has a couple of doctors on call on the weekend - that is what doctors are supposed to do!

BEST OFFICE EVER! Recently moved here and was sad to leave my old pediatrician. So glad my friend recommended Dr Berry. The entire office was kid FRIENDLY. We received prompt, GREAT care!! Dr Berry was very loving and my kids love her more than our previous pediatrician!

She was professional, precise and to the point. Her staff is professional, knowledgeable and caring. Exactly what I needed in an up to date physician in caring for my new child. I truly appreciate Dr. Berry! I would recommend her to all of my friends. She is an example of quality medicine and compassion and humanism in medicine

I would highly recommend Dr. Berry to anyone. She has seen my daughter since birth and she is now 8 years old. Dr. Berry and her staff are very prompt in returning calls and responding to concerns while in the office. She and her staff have stayed late multiple times when we need it a last minute appointment. She has the best bedside manner I've ever seen and we would not trust our daughter’s health to anyone else. I cannot imagine a more welcoming, safe environment for a sick child"‎

I cannot say enough nice things about this woman and her staff! She has taken care of my three children since birth and has always been there for me and family when we need it her most. Dr. Berry and her wonderful staff have always helped me answer any questions I have and have put me at ease when I’m worry or if I don’t understand something. You know you have an EXCELLENT PEDIATRICIAN when your children feel sick and they are the ones asking you to take them to go see their doctor. I have recommended her too many of my friends, and family and they all have had similar opinions.

The front desk staff is rude & arrogant, I have never been treated this poorly in my life!They made mistakes writing my information down & then blamed it on me for not being able to contact me & being unable to verify my son's medical benefits!They also do not check their voice mails in the morning, so they are unable to return calls, which is very unprofessional for a medical office!.The front receptionist Roxanne is the rudest & most arrogant person I ever came across, and she also is a liar!As far as Dr Berry, she is totally unprofessional, chose to get into an argument with me in front of my 8 year old instead of remaining professional & proceed with the check up I had scheduled.She suggested I was a liar, accusing me of cursing at her staff,which was untrue,but she chose to take their side without even knowing what really happened.As I was trying to defend myself & explain what had really happened, SHE REFUSED TO EXAMINE MY 8 YEAR OLD & ASKED ME TO LEAVE THE OFFICE! I have never seen or heard of any medical practice that unprofessional & would suggest to anyone not to use it, as they have no idea how to operate professionally & offer terrible customer service,which will grant them a complaint with the Texas State Licensing!
