Dance Korner

This is an excellent place to take your kids. My daughter has been dancing here since she was 3. All the instructors are very well versed in the art of dance. I myself took there when I was young.wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dance Korner is the most amazing dance studio I have ever had the pleasure to be a part of. Not only did I dance there myself, but my nieces, and now my children. We have been part of the dance korner family for 30 years. In this time, I have never heard of any studio like them. They are all about family and helping others, and accomadating individulal needs, not only will you or your child leave there knowing how to dance, but will have more confidence, know how to work to follow dreams and see from example how to reach out and do things for others and community. They also have the most professional end of year show I have ever seen! Over the years those dreading going to a childs dance recital have come out feeling like they have seen something really worth their time and money! Come check it out- you won't regret it!

From my 20 years of experience dancing with the studio, my time there has been extremely rewarding, not only personally but professionally. Throughout the years, I have had wonderful experiences not only with dancing but making long lasting friends. The work ethic and the passion that the teachers instilled in me, carried over into my professional life, where I learned the value of hardworking and teamwork. As a family business, Tracey and her family takes pride in all of the students hardworking and dedication. Tracey is a wonderful teacher who only wants her students to succeed not only in dance but in life. I owe her thanks for the skills and lessens that I have learned from the 20 years of dancing at the studio, in which I took into my adult life.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR KIDS TO DANCE KORNER IN TAYLOR, MI. This year the the owner (Ms. Hazzard) who is also a teacher at the studio has gone to far........ She is berating the children in front of each other and annoucing personal medical information about student in front of other students even entire classes...... In addition to yelling at students in a demeaning manner. In a 2 week period Ms. Hazzard who owns the studio has crushed childrens confidenence and self esteem... Ms. Hazzard's behavior has caused girls to come out of the dance room crying and their class mates to all look unhappy and unconformable when leaving the room..... She spend more time puting the girls down than actually teaching them. I wanted to warn other parents about this studio..... BEWARE.......

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS DANCE SCHOOL...........I would not even give this place 1 star above but I must to get my comment posted .......The owner who also teach belittles students and and calls them out in front the class. She also share personal medical information about a student in front of class mates...... My daughter started dancing her with confidence and good self esteem. Tracy Hazzard shattered my daughter self esteem and confidence by belittling my daughter. In addition to this Ms. Hazzard does not interact well with the parents when they have concerns. My daughter has left Ms. Hazzard classes crying and that is why I pulled my daughter from the studio. Cause of Ms. Hazzard unprofessional behavior. Including yelling at student all the way out to her parking lot. In additon to this the other student must also view Ms. Hazzard outburst and watch as friends and class mate are bellittled. For the sake of your child DO NOT GO TO THIS STUDIO.....
