A Quality Pool serviced our pool for years. I always bought what I needed from them for repairs. Dave and his crew took good care of me, our pool and appreciated our patronage.

I made an appointment for repair and maintenance service a week in advance to give them plenty of time to schedule me. I expressed to the appointment lady that I did not need weekly service, that I wanted filter clean and ready pool for summer. The day of the appointment the service man called and wanted to know when would be a good time and I said after lunch time would be ok. He asked if I wanted a bid on weekly service and explained to him that I had expressed to the young lady what I was needing. He acted very put out and I said if you are too busy I could call someone else, but that I made the appointment a week in advance for the reason that I knew they were busy. He then told me that "yeah maybe you should call someone else because we are swamped" and hung up. Disappointed.

Would not recommend this company for repair or service. Have had a horrible experience with both! Save yourself the frustration and call another company.

Okay. As hard to believe as this is. I call the company to tell them about my pipes going to the polaris on my pool bursting and that i needed it repaired. The so called service tech calls me to tell me that he walked around to the back of the pool and that since nothing was turned on he couldn't see where it was leaking or where the problem was so instead he tightened a couple of fittings and left. Meanwhile, Stevie Wonder could see that the pipes were broken apart and that the polaris wasn't connected to anything. Then he told me didn't go to that side of the pool. So in other words he took a wild guess and left without turning anything on or off as if there was even a point to him being sent out. This is the level of experience you will get when you get Greg as your service tech at A-Quality Pools and to top it off when I called him back to complain about it the guy actually had the nerve to say things to me like, "what the big deal is", "theres no charge",, "its gonna get fixed", "Don't you have anything better to do?". If you wonder why every other pool company is backed up for weeks then this incident should give you an idea of why there able to get to you as soon as they are able to.

I've been using A-quality Pool...

I've been using A-quality Pools for several years and have been extremely happy with their service. They are always reliable, showing up to do what I've asked, even when I'm out of town. They often go above and beyond what I've asked them to do. They even cleaned the black lines off my pool tiles during a routine pool-clean. They are also one of very few companies that will service my pool on an "as needed" basis, without requiring me to be a monthly customer. I would highly recommend them, especially Keith!!!

Totally outstanding service! ...

Totally outstanding service! As a single lady, I thought the pool motor had probably burned out when the pool wasn't functional when I returned from an out of town business trip. I called and they were out the next day. Turned out to be a breaker switch. They could have 'taken' me for the cost of a new motor and installation and didn't. Completely honest...won't ever use anyone else!

Called out first time for funky noise on my motor. They came out and said it could be going out or it could be from the freezing weather. Either way he told me to not spend money replacing it until we absolutely had to. He said we may get another year out of it. Then he left without charging!



Second time, six months later, motor stopped working. We expected now was when we would have to replace it. They came out in a timely manner even with a busy holiday weekend approaching. He took it apart to find some other cause than to replace the motor to save us money. He found the problem which was not the motor but the small booster on top.



I really appreciated their honesty on both visits. They could have easily taken me for the cost of that motor both times and I wouldn't have known the difference.



And when we received the bill for this second visit, it was less than we expected. He prorated his labor charge to only the time spent not the full hour as I was told we'd be charged over the phone!

Worst Service I've Ever Seen

I called this company out for repair, bad water circulation/something clogged or broken and they insisted nothing was wrong. Only wanted to clean my skimmers. They made 8 trips then told me to get another pool company. My pool ended up getting full of algae and had to be drained/acid washed. They never responded to BBB complaint I filed. I called another pool man and they had it fixed within 48 hours and no problems to date.
