White Gloves Kleaning

This is a scam. They charge the large initial cleaning fee then arrange regular service with you. They get your credit card number. After the initial cleaning they constantly have excuses why they cannot come on the scheduled day. They reschedule again and then when they do not arrive and you call they tell you there was scheduling issue and they will come after the finish where they are. If that time does not work then they want to reschedule yet again. I finally said just dont come at all. Fine but we are charging you a cancellation fee and we HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER! This is a scam and the initial cleaning itsself was less than impressive but I needed help! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!
