Amazing service! All Year Cooling was competitve and provided service above and beyound. I just wished I would have found them when I put in my first AC. I would recommend them to anyone who needs anything to do with HVAC if you want someone who delivers on what they promise.

OK. so we've all had the dreaded stories of a/c companies and their shenanigans. Happy to say All Year was the complete opposite. Their price on a 16 seer RUUD unit 4 ton was better than one of my friends price. who is also in the business. Give them a call

The service provided by All Year Cooling and Heating was amazing! They came out the same day I called, gave me a reasonable estimate, and when I agreed, they came the following day and installed my new AC! They were professional, polite, and cleaned up everything when they were through. It only took about four hours for the entire job. Excellent experience. The quote was fast, simple and reasonable, the communication back and forth was great, finance was easy and no interest if paid off in a year and the installation was within 2-3 days. My electric bill fell 42%. Great company to do business with.

George A. 10/20/2014 We called All Year Air while in NY..Our house keeper called us to let us know that our air conditioner had shut down..We were able to communicate by phone to get them to come to our house as soon as we got home..They were fast a efficient in putting in our unit and within 2 days we were up and running again...I would definitely call them and use them again..

I started using All Year about two years ago when we were in Ohio for a family wedding and late into the reception we got a call on a Saturday night from my mom's nurse that her AC was not working. My then 93 year old bed ridden mother was suffering horribly.... One call to All Year and two hours later problem solved. So when my AC died (again on a Saturday... Go figure) I called All Year. Compounding the problem was the fact that in 12 hours we had 15 people coming for a dinner party.... In 90+ degree weather...... A few hours later? Problem solved. Long story short? I will never use anyone else.

I called All Year Cooling after having six companies come for Estimates. I spoke to Tommy Sr. and he said for me not to worry he will do my a/c. I told him I didn't even get a estimate from you yet he said it didn't matter. Well he gave me a great estimate I had two other companies out they tried to trick me saying oh that's for a front air and the efficiency not gonna match the seer all lies. Well he gave me a much better a/c then offered and it was installed the right way. I saved 47 dollars on my first bill and sixty n mysecond bill my third bill was on 35 saved but family came down and had to have it down low cause they were Hot. Robyn & Jimmy B

OK then my mother in laws a/c went just less then two months after my mom-inlaw called a few people which told he what she needed alright they confused her and she called my crying, cause what she really needed was All Year Cooling they gave her a half ton more on a unit which cost her less then anyone else could offer and I don't see why not and they even helped her with a few payments so she wouldn't get hit so hard at once. They didn't pay me to say any of this but I told you the experience I've had with them so my business and all my referrals will go to them word of mouth is the way to go. My mom Beatrice Z. said she has to put it up to eighty cause she is so cold with it any lower.

I called on Sunday after my air conditioner began to leak within 24 hours I had a brand new unit in my home. The installers were professional, courteous and caring the price quoted was the price paid their work was Neat and fast. I would confidently recommend this company for all of your air conditioning needs

On Sept 12 our A/C started making strange noises and not blowing cool air unless we shut it down & then it would blow cool for only a short time when we restarted it. I am an electrical engineer but the problem had me stumped. We called All Year Cooling and their Tech (Horace) came out the next morning and ran a number of tests, quickly determined the problem, and fixed it. Great job. We have used this company since 1990 and have always been treated fairly and their work has been good.

From the phone representative (polite and very informative!), the first estimate visit (made us feel very confident in our choice of company!), the installation crew (WOW!! A friend of mine recommended All Year Cooling.

Best recommendation. They were the first company to respond to my request for an estimate. They were on time and early when I really needed them to be early. I had two units installed. They did a wonderful job. Cleaned up after the install and checked up to see if everything was ok. Would recommend and have recommended to friends. They called while the installers where on site to see how everything was going.

Over the years I have had cheaper installations but then I have not been able to find the companies later. You get what you pay for.

Roughly a week ago the A/C at my house went out and would not come back on. Not knowing much about air conditioning or south florida air conditioning companies I took to the internet to find a company fast. After reading the various reviews across a couple of companies I decided on All-Year Cooling. It ended up being a great decision as I had a technician at my house within 2 hours and my a/c back on shortly thereafter. Greg was an extremely nice guy and not only did he fix the problem, but gave me tips on how to avoid a reoccurrence. Having your air conditioning go out is frustrating enough, but having it go out during the middle of the summer is a whole different story. The service was extremely professional, but most importantly it was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of air conditioning services in the future

A bit of a rough start, had call to All Year Cooling because of a bad condenser and was extremely frustrated as I had just got home from the hospital with my new son. They understood why I was frustrated immediately and were extremely courteous and friendly on the phone. After scheduling my appointment they installed my AC unit beautifully, no issues with pricing etc. Strongly recommend these guys... :)

Last week at the Inaugral function of my new firm, suddenly the ac stopped working. I got really tensed. I wanted someone to help me and save me from this embarrasing trauma. Then, one of my employee suggested me to call All Year Cooling and Heating. the company gave us amazing services and their staff was extremely professional. They repaired the ac immediately and within no time before the arrival of the guests the ac started working. I am extremely impressed by their quality of work. I would surely recommend them for all your ac needs.

All Year Cooling is THE best A/C company to go to, whether you need a new unit installed, repaired, or replaced! Other companies were charging me an arm and a leg, but AYC worked with me to stay within my budget. We started with a FREE estimate, which i never herd of any other company doing, and within one "business" week, I had my old unit replaced with a Rheem unit. I've already referred 2 of my friends to All Year Cooling and I know you'll do the same.

That was the starting of my experience with All Year Cooling and Heating and that was more than 4 decades ago.



The assistance is cost-effective, I have the yearly servicing so it is a do it again cost each 30 days propagate out over the season and I get two assistance calling plus a lower price on any necessary fixes.

As with any company you fulfill some workers that are better than others. Those that don't create the quality don't keep around like the ones I have come to know. Dan is my companion and professional specialist.

I depend on his skills, suggestions and guidance.

The company has never did not reply to a cost-effective ask for.

My only issue is it requires several weeks to routine a consultation in the active areas of the period so you know their is a need for the assistance they offer.

I am a satisfied customer.

When compared to other air conditioner service/cleaning experiences I have had All Year Cooling and Heating, was truly excellent. The specialist was incredibly friendly, and he took enough time to inform me on every element of the inspection. He also created a considerable attempt to inform me on how the program functions impacted the overall power expenses. It was a truly excellent encounter, and this is a company that I will use again.
