Please DO NOT BRING ANY LOVED PETS TO ALAMOSA VET HOSPITAL!. The only reason this place is still open is because there is no other vet in Alice. Make the drive to any other vet. they were rude, pushy, money hungry, thoughtless people. As we walked in with our three puppies Sam (receptionist) was beyond rude. Shes much "too busy" to acknowledge your presence. And when she does she is short and rude in tone.

As we make it to the exam room i notice my dog eating something off the floor and Alexis (vet tech) laughs and says "it must be leftovers from the cow".

Really?. My dog was diagnosed with parvo its super contagious and super deadly. Can you trust she cleaned the exam room after our pets?

After our dog was diagnosed with parvo we let them know we have 200$ dollars to work with after they realized he wasnt giving them any money and i was an emotional wreck they start asking me for more money for treatment. All they care about is the money. Please do not use this vet clinic!.

The staff has always been great. There have been many times I've had to walk in without an appointment, and they've always seen us. They were great when my first dog had a stroke, and later had to be put down. I no longer live in Alice, but if something major came up with my dogs I'd take them there in a heartbeat.
