Tietze Plumbing Inc

This is only the second time in recent years that we have needed a plumber. My wife and I had driven by Tietze Plumbing's office for years and commented that they were known for good service. A couple of years ago we needed a leak fixed at the water meter and stopped at Tietze to see about getting a repair. At the time they apparently didn't get many WALK-IN customers but that did not make a difference. They were quick to find out the nature of the problem and set up an appointment. Their plumber arrived as scheduled and did a very professional job. The charge was VERY reasonable - considerably less than some the BIG name companies here in San Antonio. We swore from that time on to use/refer Tietze whenever possible. The opportunity to avail their services happened yesterday when discovered that the kitchen faucet had started to come loose from its mounting. We called Tietze for a plumber. They were quick to set an appointment, the plumber notified us that he was enroute and he arrived early within the promised time frame. With the proper tools he made quick repairs, checking several times to see if they were done -- even checking with me to make sure that I thought they were done. The service charge was once again VERY reasonable. We HIGHLY recommend Tietze Plumbing.
