Best Cuts

I only put one star because it made me, but it should really be no stars... This facility gave my daughter the worst haircut ever. First they ignored us while they took care of other clients. Then finally they came up and did my husband's hair which was ok as he had it completely buzzed off. They did not offer to wash it either his or my daughter's hair or anything. Then they called my daughter up who had hair to her waist. The lady did not offer to wash or style it. Then she proceeded spray her with a water bottle and then began to butcher it. Leaving it half done and half uncut and with bangs uneven and messed up. She asked how we liked it. I said fine (afraid if she touched it any more it would be completely ruined) and my daughter was already looking very upset halfway through. The lady spent about 10 minutes total damaging my daughters hair, taking a good 5 inches off one half and leaving the other half long. I had to have her hair re-cut to fix the damage elsewhere. Stay as far away from this place as you can. Run in fact! Don't waste your money here! Now I know why the other lady requested the money before the hair cut was done because I would not have paid for it. Horrible!!!!
