Plumb Genius

Got multiple text saying different times of arrival…. Then text stating tech on the way still waiting on tech 1-1/2 later…… bad way to do business !!

These guys took advantage of my 80 year old grandma. They were sent out by Home Serve to fix the sewer line. Home Serve covered $3000 and she paid $5000 the day the hole was dug and the line replaced. They said they would be back when the line had time to “settle” to fill in the hole and put the sprinklers back. 3 months later there is still a 10ft foot hole in the sprinklers are still damaged. She made multiple attempts to contact them. They finally came out yesterday to pick up the trashed pipe; however, the owner Tony Crofford said if she wanted the hole filled in and the sprinklers fixed it is going to cost her more. It seems like the point of coming out yesterday was to try to steal more money. I am not sure how Plumb Genius is still in business with this kind of service. They have horrible reviews all over the internet. The owner Tony Crofford is a crook! My advice to Plumb Genius is to stay with Home Serve because you are not going to grow your business by customer referrals.

Good service and friendly staff. I thought they did a nice job on my plumbing issue. I didn't have any issues and would recommend them.
