Without question, Fur Crazy in Boca Raton, is the ONLY Grooming Salon I'll ever take my two Yorkies to for quality and loving care. These people are true grooming experts and they know what they're doing. Friendly staff and attractive pricing. They treated my two boys as if they were members of their own families. So Happy that my friend recommended this place. And now, I hope to pay it forward by spreading the good word about my continued and fine experiences at Fur Crazy. I actually think my Yorkie boys look forward to their monthly shampoos and haircuts. Can't say enough great things about this place -- it's simply a top-tier Dog Grooming Salon with fair and affordable prices. Not to sound completely nuts BUT I'm CRAZY about FUR CRAZY!!

I used to like the place when Ken ran it. He was very efficient at returning phone calls, and great with customers.Unfortunately with Ken's passing this place has gone downhill. They don't return phone calls in a timely fashion. The staff acts like its doing you a favor by taking your dog and grooming him. And it seems to lack any warmth, which would be the reason one would take their dog to a groomer, have the dog locked up all day and travel to the groomer, when one could just as easily have a mobile groomer come to the house for about the same price--and be finished within 45 minutes. Aside from that they seem to hold my dog as hostage until about five minutes after I've paid. Seriously, do you think I'm going to get my dog and run out on my bill? Since they know who your dog is why don't they get your dog and then ring you up instead of having your dog wait in a cage for another ten minutes because they're afraid you're going to get Rover and start running out on your bill? Give me a break! In short, unless they start changing their policies soon and stop acting like they're doing you a favor when you bring your dog in for grooming--let's remember the customers are the ones who keep Fur Crazy in business not the other way around. And while you're at it how about thank you for your business and maybe try to show a positive attitude when customers come in--it always helps with business.

Fur Crazy is the only place that I would take my "baby " to for his grooming. Not only does Dawn, Ken and the staff do a fabulous job with their grooming, but they have found the beginning of a medical problemfor my friend's pet that was able to be taken care of by her vet.

They show love and affection to all of the pets and I feel very confortable leaving my maltese with them.

At the mall my Maltese looks like a Boca Babe, and I am asked where he gets groomed. I would never go any place else.

Fur Crazy is a truly amazing Grooming Salon!!! From the minute you enter the salon to the time you leave, Dawn and Ken make you feel like family. From the warm reception you receive from Ken as you enter Fur Crazy to the loving and caring hands of Dawn, grooming, styling and pampering your pet, this is truly an experience like no other! Dawn has been grooming both my Maltese, Hunter (9) and Bella (4) since they were puppies and I would consider no other! Hunter, the oldest,can be a little grumpy at times, yet Dawn always manages to get kisses from him, and Bella, well she has some issues! She's a little nervous, yet Dawn has the ability to soothe her and make her feel comfortable. They always look so beautiful too!!!!

The Salon itself is meticulously maintained and the decor is absolutely adorable. You MUST pay Fur Crazy a visit and you'll see what I mean!

Zoe, our Golden Retriever, had never been groomed before or ever been left anywhere but home.

Dawn really went out of her way to ease Zoe into the situation - she is very warm, loving and professional.

And did a beautiful job on Zoe - she looked like a brand new girl. We are so happy.

When we returned for her next grooming, Zoe walked in happily, tail wagging, to be greeted warmly by Ken.

He handles the front of the salon with ease, professionalism and a smile.

Honestly, it is such a great place....bright, cheerful, extremely clean....you have got to call now!

I HAVE A 6 YEAR OLD LAB&HOUND MIX,WHO IS A VERY HAPPY AND EXCITED BIG BOY! I BROUGHT MY DOG BUDDY INTO FUR CRAZY FOR A BATH AND NAIL TRIM!! HE USUALLY IS TO HYPER FOR OTHER GROOMERS TO WORK ON HIM, BUT DAWN WITH HER GENTLE TOUCH WAS ABLE TO GET BUDDY TO FEEL CALM AND RELAXED!! THE SHOP IS BEAUTIFUL AND CLEAN. YOU ARE ABLE TO SEE AS SOON AS YOU OPEN THE DOOR THAT THE PROFESSIONALIZM OF THE STAFF,THE ABILITY TO SEE DAWN WORKING ON THE DOGS IS SO RARE AND REASSURING!! For Sebastian, an Old English who used to run in the opposite direction at the mere the site of a brush, Dawn has not only made his grooming day into a very pleasant experience, but he simply adores her! He prances into this cheerful salon as if he owns the place, greets her with enthusiasm and follows her with such obvious trust in knowing that her gentle techniques will never hurt. Her finished results are that of a true perfectionist in every aspect from the condition of his skin, appearance and texture of his coat, and her meticulous attention to every grooming detail from his head right down to perfectly shaped paws. Fur Crazy has set a new standard for pet salons in Boca, and Dawn has proven herself to be Boca's Best of the Best!

I highly recommend Dawn and the staff at Fur Crazy for all the wonderful attention and care they give my Ava Poodle. Fur Crazy is the cleanest, best-smelling, and attractive salon I have ever been to in my 27 years as a poodle owner, and I have lived in five states. Dawn always listens to what services I would like for Ava. One time, she even went out to purchase nail polish in a particular color because she knows how much I like nail polish on Ava. I also like the fact that the grooming area is open to public viewing over a half door. That reassures me the salon has nothing to hide and are proud of the way they treat their guests. Ava is a standard poodle that literally stops traffic when we walk down the street. People pull over to remark how beautiful her haircut is and to ask me where she gets groomed. I proudlly tell them to see Dawn at Fur Crazy.

I have been taking Lily, my 1 year old Havanese to Dawn since she was 12 weeks old. I have always been very happy with Dawn and the service I receive. Dawn is in her new shop, it's so bright and clean and dog friendly! Some groomers don't want you to see their grooming rooms, but when you walk into the waiting room you can see the room where your pet is groomed and it is just and bright and happy as the waiting room. You can tell she loves animals and my Lily loves her!

As the owner of High Hopes Dog Training, I know many groomers in the Boca Raton area but only refer my clients to Fur Crazy Grooming Salon. The staff is professional, friendly, and passionate about what they do. The salon itself is clean and well-organized. Not only is Dawn a fantastic groomer, she is gentle and loving towards all of the animals she grooms. She is willing to take extra time to work with the puppies who are new to the grooming process or adult dogs who are nervous or anxious. She has helped me with many of my clients' dogs who need extra TLC while being groomed. I have never encountered another groomer who is so willing to work with each dog on an individual basis in order to make grooming a positive experience for them. And she does this with beautiful results! I will only bring my own dogs and refer my training clients to Fur Crazy. Without a doubt, they are the best groomers around!
