We also were so excited to find a sprinkler guy here! Voicemail ALWAYS full and doesn't EVER return a call and then just shows up unannounced. Very sad because we would have recommended him to everyone! Meanwhile, our lawn is dying--pathetic!

Nice guy but he left us high and dry. Just left during the middle of a job and never returned. Called a few times and text, but no one has returned our call. Probably needs to hire more help. Until then, I would look elsewhere.

I am 100% satisfied with Grizzly Bear Sprinkler Repair and Bobby Reese, the owner. I call on a Monday, he was out here Thursday to fix a series of leaks I'd been attempting to stop for three weekends and FIVE stops at Home Depot & Lowes. Additionally, he adjusted all of the the sprinkler heads in the front and back yard, replacing a couple and apparently has eliminated about eight nearly dead spots in the front yard. I'm sure the advice he gave me and the work he did will save money on my watering bill. I had to overwater with the sprinkler system and hand water to keep the bad spots from dying completely.

Outstanding service! Bobby and his team came out to repair some sprinkler lines, a sprinkler water valve for one zone and replaced multiple sprinkler heads. They really needed it. They were prompt and communicated very well as to what needed to be done in order of importance. I highly recommend Grizzly Sprinkler and Repair.

Called this guy on a Saturday to set up a sprinkler system blowout at which time he was supposed to be open and he flat out hung up on me as soon as I told him what I wanted.

I had scheduled a sprinkler blow out with him. My husband had the sprinklers done by a different company and let me know about it the morning of my appointment with Grizzly Bear Sprinkler Repair. I tried calling to cancel but it went to voicemail and said the voicemail was full. When I went to lunch I tried calling three more times until I got through. When I informed him I didn't need his services due to my husband already having had it done, he got angry. I understand I was only able to give 30 minutes notice but that was due to his full voicemail, me being unable to continuously call him back because I was at work. He told me "Wow, that is short notice, you know don't ever call me back again!" What is sad though is that he has been doing my sprinkler blowouts for 5 years...this is the first year I had to cancel and he asks me to never call back? Seems e may have been having a bad day. I won't be calling him back...he really shouldn't be rude to customers.

"Fixed" a part of the sprinkler system that wasn't broken while we weren't home. Called numerous times to have them return and fix the problem that was still occurring. Sent us a bill for $160 that we did not pay. Then they sent us a bill stating "please at least pay for the part $50" Completely unprofessional. When calling the phone number it goes right to voice mail saying "we really about 3 days out and our voice mail box is full." Absolutely Terrible!

Initial work was outstanding and the quote for the job was fair. Unfortunately follow up work was never done even though repeated promises by the owner to do so. Over ordering on materials to be used off-site constitutes theft.
