Bruce is a great person to deal with. I had two leaks from the majors storms and he took care of both of them with no future issues. I definitely recommend using them for home improvement.

I hired Bruce Shively for thermo-imaging on my home to detect a leak. He came the next day and did a thorough check for moisture and was able to determine that the leak was coming from the other side of my home, not in the area of damage. Bruce also made necessary repairs, all done for VERY reasonable costs!

These guys are great. Bruce is so helpful and his thermal imaging found ways to save money. Its nice to have a company who can diagnose your problems and then remediate them. I thought personal service was a thing of the past but Metropolitan delivers all that and more. I will recommend them to anybody who needs to save money on their energy usage.

I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE A MOMENT TO EXPRESS MY SINCERE THANKS TO BRUCE SHIVELY AT METROPOLITAN WINDOW & IMPROVEMENTS. I HAD A PROBLEM WITH A FLAT ROOF ON MY FRONT PORCH- IT LEAKED. CALLED BRUCE-- HE SENT OUT THE ROOF MAN-- AND IN ABOUT ONE HOUR, PROBLEM SOLVED. BRUCE DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THIS REPAIR I MIGHT ADD. BRUCE HAS DONE MANY UPDATES FOR MY HOME THRU THE YEARS. HE DID A TOTAL TEAR OFF ROOF JOB-- GUTTER GAURDS FOR THE HOUSE AND GARAGE-- AND REPLACE A ENTRY DOOR IN THE GARAGE, AND FINALLY INSULATED MY ATTIC (R-49) AND WALLS. AND IF THE OCCASION ARISES FOR ANY MORE WORK ON MY HOME, BRUCE WILL BE THE FIRST ONE I CALL TO DO THAT FOR ME. AGAIN BRUCE, THANKS FOR A JOB WELL DONE.
