You can not blame the whole system if some of the staff members are not good.

I recently visited Dr.Bhut for my root canal therapy. My first visit was in april this year, I was suffering from severe tooth pain in lower jaw. I took an appointment by phone, the guy was so polite and gave me the appointment, he asked my insurance information and other details, he checked my insurance and gave me detailed coverage information too.

On the day of my visit, i waited 7 minutes and i was called in.

Dr.Bhut came and examined and asked her assistant to take some x-rays.

I always scared about this x-ray part as I am a gager. The assistant completed my X-ray part so smoothly , really made me relaxed.

Dr.Bhut checked the x-ray and explained me the treatment plan, My root canal therapy was done in couple of visits, pain has gone, feeling great, I am excited to have the new crown on the treated tooth. I can say this is my best dental experience in my life.

In addition, I visited other dentist before this visit, he told me to pull out the tooth and suggested me to get the implant.



Indeed, Dr.Bhut saved not only my tooth but lot of money. I highly recommend her if you want to be treated nicely.

I totally agree with the above review in addition I would question their honesty. They tried to tell me a tooth of mine had a cavity which is not a cavity but a stain. I will not go back!

The Worst Dental Office in Germantown. They don’t know how to talk to patients with respect. The girl at the front desk is RUDE and always says she is busy and needs to call you back if you have an issue.



They don’t know how to deal with insurance benefits at all. They FORCE you to pay a deductable even if you don’t have one and then get mad when they have to issue you a refund of your money.



They aren’t very kid friendly and are a little aggressive when treating them. My child had 3 visits and the assistant sucked so bad that x-rays couldn’t be done either time because they were cutting his mouth with the little x-ray film.



When you make an appointment the receptionist always calls you and lies about the time you set up your appointment so that they can leave the office at an earlier time. Over all I’m never talking my child back here again and I would suggest you don’t either.



I have reported this office or insurance fraud as well. If you have state insurance they are probably cleaning up and my tax dollars aren’t going to fund this horrible office.
