The Fairlane Club

Had my moms 60th surprise party here. Amazing place. Amazing food. Amazing staff! I don't have a single bad thing to say. The servers were SO attentive and nice. Mohammad and Ishmael helped me with setting up my MacBook for our slide show of pics. My mom was running late so they let us stay in the room a little later than we planned originally- the customer service was superb. Would highly recommend . They know how to do it here.

I personally have called Kevin Ebied in membership at least 7 times and he never, I mean never answers his phone. To make matters worse he doesn't even return Phone calls. I even got in my car and drove to the club, guess what? Not in and no one can sign up new members. How on earth is this place going to stay in business? I'm taking my money to Dearborn Health and Raquet where they actually have a responsive sales team. No sense in complaining to the owners of The Fairlane Club because Kevin is a relative of the owner. What a joke of a business model.

The Fairlane Club was a premiere health, dining, and social club years ago. It was elegant and I entertained business clients and family and was proud to do so. However, I canceled my membership and left for good a couple of years ago. Why? Continual empty promises of improvement, declining food quality and service, and the (once amazing) health facilities were becoming shabby and run-down. What a disgrace.
