My Cleaning Lady

I've been using this company for 2 years. I should have switched to another one earlier. The performance of the maids are very inconsistent, some of them are good and some of them are very bad. The company claimed that they have insurance, so if the cleaning group damaged any of the items in your house, they would compensate, but this is not true. One time the cleaning lady made a big scratch on my hardwood table, they said they would send a professional carpentry to fix it but they ended up sending a receptionist Thomas from the company to fix it. Of course, the scratch was still there and i didn't get any compensation...I let it go that time but then later on they also damaged my wall and my floor. They have problem to show up on time(either 45 mins early or 45 mins late). One time i told them that they didn't come on time and they told me no, it's not their problem and they ended up left at the scene. I was so shocked. So i decided to terminate the service with them. I would not recommend this place to anyone, of course, if you don't mind someone damage your floor, countertop and wall, go ahead and use their service. I regreted for not terminating their service earlier.

I was looking for a maid service in my area and I found 'My Cleaning Lady' online. Their prices are affordable and they do a great job! I use them weekly now, and I love it!
