A driver for this company who was attempting to play chicken with a truck full of flammable cylinders blocked me on a side street off East Broad Street. He flipped me off, cursed at me, blocked a funeral, etc. for more than 30 minutes until the police arrived and assisted me, at which time the driver proceeded to taunt me and wave in front of the police officers. The driver was behaving rude, juvenile, discourteous and dangerous.
