        Sent off my laptop to get it repaired here. When I came to pick it back up, my laptop came still had many of its original issues. To make matters worst, when I tried to explain it to a couple of the genius' in store, they just shook it off. This is not the customer service I expect for a laptop that nearly costs $2000.

        Bought an iPhone online and picked it up at this location. I expected that's a 5 minute task but ended up spending more than half an hour there. There are a lot of employees walking around but there was only one, unmarked line for both customer service and order pickup. They are selling expensive products and seem don't know how to run a business.

        Great Fast Service

        I came in here to buy a Pogo stylus for my iPad and it was a very fast experience. An employee asked me what I wanted, got it immediately, and then checked me out right from his iPhone. The receipt printed wirelessly to one of the printers in the center and I was on my way.
