Our experience and expertise in this area can enhance not only the quality and appearance of the real estate, but the financial success as well. Maintenance We provide 24-hour maintenance services to our residents/tenants through our in house maintenance team. Our subcontractors are fully licensed and insured. Due to our high volume, we often receive preferred pricing on most maintenance items. These savings are passed on to our clients. Construction Project Management/Consulting With an experienced staff in the field of residential construction, we offer extensive project management for whatever improvements our managed properties may need. This includes assistance with financing, budgeting projects, timeliness, and completion of an extensive bidding process.

Overall

Susan helped me to right the wrongs done by the owner and previous manager - she has done a good job of advocating for us as tenants, and handling all of the issues which should have been dealt with previously. The plumbing is fixed, and Susan has been attentive and communicative in having things fixed and dealing with the property owner.
