Maintenance We provide 24-hour maintenance services to our residents/tenants through our in house maintenance team. Our subcontractors are fully licensed and insured. Due to our high volume, we often receive preferred pricing on most maintenance items. These savings are passed on to our clients. Construction Project Management/Consulting With an experienced staff in the field of residential construction, we offer extensive project management for whatever improvements our managed properties may need. This includes assistance with financing, budgeting projects, timeliness, and completion of an extensive bidding process.
