Support your local business! Bay State Plumbing & Heating Supply Co. was the only company that carried the product that I wanted. My hot water heater died on Sunday. I had no luck locating the brand of hot water heater that I wanted at any of the larger chain stores. I called Bay State and spoke with Troy, who provided me with great customer service. Not only did they have the item in stock, but that had it delivered to me within the hour free of charge! Troy even provided me with the name of a very competent and extremely reasonable plumber who had my teenagers taking their 20 minute showers the very next day. I'm remodeling my bathroom this year and you can bet that they will be the first company I go to for my bathroom needs. Thank you for providing great customer service and quality products at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this company to anyone. They will have what you need at comparable prices.
