I was in an accident in September 2016. The other driver was 100% at fault and even received a traffic ticket from the police at the scene. Even though my neck and back were hurting I didn't seek a lawyer because I believed since the other driver was at fault his insurance company will most assuredly take care of everything. Even if it is a company you have been a policy holder with for years and have never filed a claim they will still turn on you so don't be fooled by rhetoric making them out to be "like a good neighbor" or that you are "in good hands". It's just not true, sounds nice, but not true.
