Their use of India based telephone response that you cannot understand is nothing short than appalling. Run don't walk away from these scammers.

My Dr ordered specialty crutches for hip surgery b/c I have RA in my hands & can't use regular, adjustable crutches. After a week of back & forth on locations that have them & special ordering them & waiting for them to come in, my family member when to pick them up. They gave her regular, adjustable crutches. When I called CS, they said they couldn't get those so substituted something similar, which was regular, adjustable crutches. Apparently, they missed the requirement after reading it on the prescription or listening to my daily phone calls for a week. On several occasions, they told me my specialty order was on its way & they received. They wouldn't call me when they came in, I had to call CS to ask. I couldn't even call the branch. Their CS is awful, rude & unable to communicate. Avoid them!
