IHOP

Took a van load of hungry kids in at 5:00 am. Was concerned because there was one (1) person working the floor, as cook, as cashier, as waiter, as everything. Gary T was ASTOUNDING. Took our order without a pad and had it out to us in less than 15 minutes, while running the whole show. Food was hot, fresh, and excellent. Thanks a ton Gary T!

Waited too long for a short order. And when I received my order, I was told they ran out of different items that were suppose to be included in my order. But I was still charged full price. Never going back ever again!!!

Delicious as always. Picturesque environment, maybe it was who I was with but it always seem to bring a smile when the cakes are a'plenty

The food was mediocre at best and the manager John Simms was more concerned with trying to get guests numbers and touching his waitress's then to tend to the needs of the other guests ... It wouldn't allow me to rate it zero stars.

I went to this IHOP (30-60 days after opening day) with my family, I have visited others in Florida, and Ohio. This one was dirty, the dishes, had old food on them, the service was terrible and the front attendant was more into her personnel phone call than seating customers. I complained to the manager but his attitude was as bad as everything else was. I call the corporate office and Did not get much better service, they were at least "sorry"?? But not sorry enough to refund my money or offer a free meal at any other location. I now go to Cracker Barrel, GREAT place.

I hadn't been to iHOP since it opened in Reynoldsburg, Ohio 2010, before today.

Today, I ,was reminded why I hadn't been back. The customer service was POOR all capital letter's that's how bad it was.



I, would have to sit here for 20 min and type to tell you what went on . Let's just say it was pay day for those guy's and they could care less about the customer (me) who was there trying to purchase 2 crepes which was sitting by the cash register for 1 hr.. WTF guy's? I, didn't even want to give those clowns 1 star (SAD).. I'm going to stick with Bob Evans . I, learned my lesson

Dear IHOP,



My name is Jawana and I'm writing to you about an experience I had at one of your restaurants. It was wonderful! First of all lets start with the marketing- bravo! Those commercials make you want to go and get pancakes! The crazy thing is that when you get there, you think only pancakes on the menu. No! There's a sandwich called the- get ready- "the bacon, cheese , baconcheeseburger". Need I say more! I mean, if I was to look up ridiculous and good in the dictionary, a picture of this sandwich would be beside it. The commercial isn't even doing justice to the service you receive; smiling faces welcoming you, friendly, fast, and courteous service (shout out to Tracy who waitressed at my table - you rock girl!). Mgmt. was great too (Mike, with the purple tie and purple shirt was one of the best multi-taskers I've ever seen); checking several tables, talking with customers, really working the room. Anywho, I really enjoyed myself and I'll make sure to tell my friends.

I have never had such horrible service at a restaurant before in my life. To start off the waiter was very rude and didn't do his job properly and when we got our food, almost an hour after we ordered, was so cold that the butter on the pancakes hadn't even melted. And there were people in there that were cursing. I can say that they will never see me in there again.
