I took my little dog Paisley on 7/19/21 For a routine dental cleaning and spay At 9:30AM I was called and told Paisley was doing great under anesthesia and they were moving her into surgery for the spay. I never heard back from anyone for hours I called to check on my her the Dr stated my dog was being “overdramatic and a bit of a baby” she was out of surgery and couldn’t walk sit or stand on her own. They stated this was not unusual for a little dogs and that she was just not wanting to stand because of the IV in her front paw & she was groggy. They refused to let me come see her when I asked & delayed 2, 3, 4pm and then 5pm they had told me they reversed all her meds and They assured me everything was fine and she would be good by morning. No one called that night to check on her nor did they call the next morning. I ended up calling them and saying there was no change in Paisley she was still paralyzed on her right side. Dr. Bellinger refused to get on the phone and continue to talk through her receptionist. I asked if I should take Paisley to the emergency they again assured me it was not necessary and asked if I would be willing to bring her back in for some additional testing which I did at 9:30 A.m. on 7/20 I checked her in letting them know that I had just given her 24 hour pain med not to give her another one. The office manager Brittaney promised to Tell the doctor thatPaisley’s had already received her meds. But she forgot and Paisley was overdosed at 10 AM in the morning with a second 24 hour dose. I later found out that this was a drug that they had failed to mark her chart with that she had a deadly adverse reaction to in 2019. They kept her all day and released her to me at 5:30 PM. She Died in my arms shortly after while on the phone begging the receptionist to get the doctor that I felt paisley’s needed to be seen they were open until 8 she died at 7:31 pm and the doctor still refusing to get on the phone. This is the absolute worst vet in colorado

They love your wallet not your pet! $175 for some eardrops.
My most recent experience at the "loving" family vet was absolutely terrible. I needed some eardrops for my dog but they would not give them without an appointment. Of course no appointment was available, so they needed to schedule an emergency appointment instead....Already hesitant at this point I decided to go for my dog's sake. I spent 1 hour and 15 minutes at their facility waiting, in which time they only achieved to take a swab of my dog's ear. I did not get to see the vet and never saw any results after an endless wait, so I left. Today I went to pickup the eardrops and was presented with a $175 bill, for the ""emergency"" visit. Last time I went there.

Recently spent my second visit with my new kitten at this vet. After charging me for an emergency visit, which was just a normal appointment made the day prior, they proceeded to get an x-ray to figure what I told them, that hes constipated and hasn't pooped in 5 days, since the last visit I was with them. They gave him an enema and a couple other treatments. After this was done, the vet did not come and see me again. The nurse gave me back my kitten and asked me if the doctor had talked to me. I had to sit and try to talk about what had happened when we came in before and had to be the person asking if there's any correlation between his constipation and the infection prior. The nurse seemed very unsure and it was at that moment I realized the vet had charged me 350$ to run an x-ray, to tell me exactly what I told her, and then to do an enema. She did not talk to me about what could be the issue. She did not talk to me about his recovery, will the enema help his constipation? Should I still be giving him His anti biotics? How long should I wait till I get worried about him not pooping again? Should I be looking out for anything in particular? These are all questions I had to ask the nurse and all questions the nurse could not answer accurately. This is a nice vet, nice building, friendly people, unfortunately the vet was not concerned with healing or diagnosing my kitten. And charged me premiums on top of it. I expect care and concern with my vet or atleast for them to inform me on what's happening with my 2month old sickly kitten whose being taken in for the second time.
