LaptopMD - Computer & iPhone Repair

Went in to get a jack replaced. No one there to greet you when you walk in, so it's a little confusing where you are supposed to go or who to talk to. Went in to pick up the laptop 3 days later and it still wasn't working. No one could tell me what was done to it, if the battery was checked or if the ac adapter was checked. All things I requested in my free consultation.

I had to leave the laptop there and cancel plans so I could come back later that evening to retrieve it. When I came back someone was there to explain to me what was fixed and what was wrong and what still needed to be replaced. Not sure why they don't keep track of repairs or leave notes to one another about issues is beyond me and a big waste of my time. At the end I think they felt bad about the service and tried to help me find replacement parts online. At least that was nice. The jack seems to be working now and that's what they fixed, so in the end I'm happy about that.
