Richie was very nice and professional. He serviced my AC and furnace. He gave me good information. He also installed an air purifier that was designed in NASA. He had one on his truck so I didn’t have to wait. My seasonal allergies are less symptomatic now. I’ve been very happy with Precision Air & Plumbing with previous services: increased insulation, vent cleaning, furnace and air conditioning repair.

We needed to have a whole new a/c and heater installed due to our old one reaching the end of its life. Precision had great customer service, explained everything in detail, had the best bang for buck (we got multiple quotes from companies), Quick and proper quote and install, the technicians were great and friendly! The supervisor that gave us the quote was Chris, the main tech was Frank and he also had two techs in training named Teman and Cory that were very polite and he taught them well! Overall we highly recommend them for any needs you have!

Amazing, reliable service. I had Precision Air & Heating replace my AC units in my home and they were meticulous. Today, I had an emergency at my office with an A/C unit not responding, and they were at my office after hours at 6pm and fixed the issue immediately. I would highly recommend Aaron as your service technician. I have worked with him several times; he is honest and gets the job done!! THANK YOU!!

Precision installed a new AC unit on 10/28/16- within the 1st month of using AC it ran constantly but the house was hot. A tech came 4/25/17: it was 3 lbs low on R10. He tested for leaks, found none, noting if it happened again they would come find the leak. He added 3lbs of R10 under the warranty per our receipt. By 7/8/17 the problem returned. A tech found it low on R10 and added 1.75 lbs at no charge, noting if the issue returns a different course of action is needed.By 8/15/17 the problem returned. The tech who came out did NOT test the system for leaks. He added another 2 lbs of R10 under "warranty service repair." On 12/1/17 the problem returned. Cory came, found the condenser coil was leaking. He said we have to pay for the R10 to be added back once they replace the coil, for a total of $736.04, even though his note on the receipt called out the last tech for not performing a leak test. He charged us for 50% and took the system offline. I was told the warranty expired in October, that's why we're being charged, even though they never remedied the problem. A leak test in August might've ID'd the problem prior to the warranty expiring. The owner said that it would've been nice to find the leak earlier but life doesn't always work that way. He claims R10 is never covered by warranty (all 7 pounds added were marked as such on receipts). Now the company refuses to talk to me. My parents haven't had a functioning unit since 12/2/17. Unless and until we pay, no work will be performed. This company is fraudulently deceiving Arizona consumers.

Our family didn't want to endure another summer in Phoenix using our current air conditioner. Precision Air & Heating gave us great advice about getting a new unit that would meet our needs yet still be energy efficient.
