Heather their Nurse Practitioner did a amazing job, from listening to my concerns, and answering any questions I had before she even began. For such a long time, I've always been insecure when it came to my hair loss. I've tried so many different options throughout the years, and never really had any success. I ended up doing some research, which led me to Dr. Berkowitz. His staff explained everything well whenever I had some questions. Dr. Berkowitz himself seemed very knowledgeable. A while back, I decided to move forward with CoolSculpting. The procedure was done quick. Staff was very helpful and they were a pleasant to work with.
