Pembroke Town Center Apartments

Rather than hate, I'll articulate...

-The creatures all around are very interesting and would include: Rats, roaches, mice, and ants. (I'm the only one who cleans up after my dog by the way.)

-The tenants are very easy to get along with, especially if you're comfortable with filth and disease causing bacteria such as the fecal matter of homeless junkies and the cat litter which continues to pile up all around the building. (less than 35ft. from the nearest dumpster mind you, this should give you an idea of the type of people who are comfortable living here.)

-The people up in the main office are very honest and will tell you that nothing you say will be taken seriously unless it's in writing, and even then you can take a nice long vacation before any action is taken. (The local health inspector has become a good friend of mine because of it as well;}

-If the local pharmacy closes you'll have no problems acquiring drugs, there are many dealers in the community.

-If you feel as though you've been paying renters insurance for nothing, just sit tight and it won't be long before someone breaks into your vehicle and steals anything of value. (just ask officer Spratling or detectives Philleo and Youmans of the 3rd precinct how many cases they have from this particular area.)

-Looking to learn a new language? No problem. This place is a safe haven for illegal aliens. (check the local news from sept. 2007, immigration had a field day.)

-S.L.Nusbaum pitches themselves as a respectable company, I'm sure they had no intentions on becoming slum lords. (just contact them and ask for help with any problems you may have, I'm also sure it was only a one time thing when they said it's not their problem and to deal directly with management, which of course is what I initially attempted to do time and time again. I'm also sure they're just way too busy to reply to any emails that may be sent.)

-The maintenance crew is very honest as well, they'll tell you that certain things really can't be fixed because they're just too old and they need replaced.

-Rent goes up every year too so you can bet that your hard earned dollars are lining the pockets of S.L.Nusbaum Realty. (I'm still waiting for a thank you card, I'm sure it will be here any day now.)

-If you are thinking about pursuing a job in the film industry and are are now taking classes, I would suggest that you move here to shoot a documentary on where NOT to live. You'll never run out of material.
