Florida Curbscapes

Concrete curbs were installed on April 10th, 2012. There was a chance of rain forecasted. I expressed my concerns, I was ensured that the concrete was quick dry and if covered by plastic that damage would not occur. However on that day we had very hard rain with hail. Curbs were damaged. Company came and removed the curbs a few weeks later with the assurance that new curbs would be put in. It's now August 7th and we still have no curbs. I have called many, many times, with teh assurance that they would be coming out to fix, but rain probability was too high right now. However, they continue to take and complete other new jobs. I guess he has already taken my check and cashed it so no reason to come back and complete the job. I will also be pursuing in small claims court. BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY. Guy seems very nice and trustworthy, however, if you run into any issues, i doubt you will have any follow up or guarantee on work that is performed.

Had good reviews, seemed like a good biz owner, wasn't the cheapest one. Unfortunately installed defective pavers and refuses to replace them. Keeps blaming the supplier. It's been 5+ months, can't get any progress. Suing in small claims court. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
