MOLLY MAID of Greater Austin

After continually having to clean areas around tub and shower after they cleaning people had come in, and clean spider webs and dust, items broken and not even a note left, in November of 2009 (on or around Nov 19) I called and told the company I no longer wanted their services. The girl would not accept my "firing" of them without first badgering me as to why I no longer wanted to use their service. She said she noted I no longer wanted service, asked for suggestions for future customers, and I requested that my key be returned. I was told the key would be returned to me via mail and I could expect it in 3-4 days.



In December my family and I went away on vacation, departing the Thursday before Christmas. As we always do when going away, we set the burglar alarm and left. When we returned, we learned from neighbors that the cleaning company had come in and set off the alarm. Needless to say, we were not happy. Again we called the company and they told me that I owed them for a cleaning. I responded that I did NOT owe them nor would I pay fo a cleaning because they were in my house without permission and that I had called in November and "fired" them. The same girl I spoke with before told me she could not find any record of my calling in November. I again requested my key back!



They company has refused now, after 3 calls to return my key. Each time I call they tell me they will put it in the mail. I intend to contact the general attorney's office for assistance getting my house key back. Seems this may be a little illegal!

Molly Maids rescued me. My regular maid service did not show up for a cleaning yet again on their regularly scheduled day and I was having a dinner party later that night. I called every maid service in town and Molly Maids was the only company that a real person answered the phone. I was able to have someone come out to my house and give me a price that afternoon and the house was cleaned the same day. The team was so pleasant and they did a great job on my house. I never really knew how much my other maid service was missing until I had Molly Maids come out. I have since switched over to their service permantly. Molly Maids really go the extra mile and pay more attention to detail then any other service I have ever used. And trust me I have used a lot of other services.
