This is the only utility company that makes you go to them to get service !! People do not need the inconvenience of this !! It is not easy to take time to do things like this for no reason , If They require they can still make it easier for the customer!

i called the gas emergency line after my daughter came home smelling gas in the house,the day before the road was being repaired for a gas leak in front of my house. i explained this to the man on the phone who was extremely rude, he told me"it is common sense to call from your residence about a gas leak" i told him the first thing you should do is leave the house when there is a gas leak and told him not to get cocky with me and he hung up on me.he was the most incompetent emergency line phone operator i have ever spoken with and i will be talking with his boss.
