        I am addicted to Corepower Yoga

        I have been going to clases at Corepower Yoga in Ken Caryl for almost a year. Before yoga I was bored with my excersise routine going to the same old smelly gyms. Now I can't wait to go to a studio that looks more like a spa. After class the teacher's give us cold wash clothes dipped in lavendar and lemon oil. Ahh. My body is more toned, I have lost weight, and my stress level has gone down. People ask me all the time what I have been doing to look so good. Corepower Yoga offers a free week.
