Children Paradise Pre-School

This daycare is absolutely unprofessional, the bus is always late and the drivers of the bus are two miserable middle aged men who have the personality of a x-convict. One is the son of the Owner of the center, and she is also the director. So if you have anything to complain about like the fact They don't smile, they are disrespectful to parents and do not ID people taking kids off the bus at the end of the day, so ANYONE could claim to be a parent and take your child it won't matter because he is related to the owner. The director does not take parents concerns properly and when I told her about the fact that the bus was always late, didn't ID anyone to take my children (4 and 3) off the bus and that he verbally harassed me because I didn't want my children standing the the rain for 40 minutes she called me a liar talked to me in a condescending voice. She told me that because the driver reported to work everyday made him a decent driver. No, not at all. She was just defending her son and could careless for the well being, health and safety of my children. They refuse to follow diet restrictions for children who need it, even after I sent all the food that I wanted my kids to eat prepared and ready to eat without a note from their doctor. The food they serve is full of corn syrup and sugar and the meals are not balanced. Example- a bowl of fruity pebbles for breakfast. DO NOT send your child here. I wouldn't want them watching my plants or animals never mind my 4 and 3 year old. Not to mention they sit the kids in front of the TV twice a day. Last time I checked you send your child to preschool to learn not watch mind-numbing garbage on tv.
