Family Health Centers of Baltimore

Family Health Center's of Baltimore located on S. Hanover St. Is a very nice office, all brand new, but Thankfully I only had to take my daughter there a dozen times, now her doctor is back at the Cherry Hill location. Not sure the medical assistance name, I know her face & will never forget her face, every time she has a mug on her face as if she just does not like her job at all, she is not friendly, very snootie, & made me feel more than a few times uncomfortable like I was bothering her whenj had some questions. I cannot believe this woman still works for health center, I know I am not the only patient who she is rude to, I can't imagine her being friendly towards anyone!!!!!!!!!!!! When I was informed my daughter's doctor went back to his original office I was happy, even though I live right next door to Health Center located on S. Hanover St, i was just glad I didn't have to be in the same office building w/such a unpleasant person, & since we now go to Cherry Hill location we are always greeted w/friendly smiles each time we visit, every one of the staff are great & make my daughter & I feel welcomed!!!!!! One bad apple at S. Hanover location ruined the entire center, sad but true
