I was very pleased at “Wesley’s “prompt response via text when I explained the seriousness of the internal damage to the wall inside my home following roof damage during hurricane Irma.

Speaking with Debbie to resolve the problem of not receiving my checks was handled with Debbie being so helpful. Thanks to her so much I never had this happen before. She was the best!!!

So far the worst management office in all the area. They do not respond phone calls, they do not process anything unless you call them 100 times or your lawyer calls. Very frustrating, unprofessional, they should be out of business.
50 days to process application for people who want to buy units in the condos they manage. A real rip off. RIP OFF. They buy good reviews to look good.

The ridges has had 2 or 3 previous management companies and Landmark is the best in my opinion. I like that as a resident I can see our HOA dues going back into the community over the years ie new landscaping, new and additional tables, chairs at the pools etc. The office at both The Ridges and Landmark office are very nice and professional.

They have been quick to respond to emails and inquiries yet do not overload us with emails or letters. Thank you!!!
